Another extension using the same keys? Change Sharefrost's at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Chrome doesn't let websites link there, so paste it into the address bar.
Common questions
Something was still visible on my page
Run the pre-flight check (Alt+Shift+C) and use "Hide both" or click the element to hide it. Canvas-based apps need an area hidden by dragging a box over them. Then email us the app name and what was missed, so we can improve the template or detector.
Share Mode says it can't run on this page
Chrome doesn't allow extensions on its own pages, the Chrome Web Store, the PDF viewer, and local files unless you allow it. Open the page in a normal tab, or allow file access for Sharefrost in chrome://extensions.
My Pro license didn't activate
Pro is attached to your Sharefrost account, not to a key. Open the Sharefrost side panel, choose Settings, and sign in with the account you upgraded from. It switches on within a minute. If you started checkout without signing in, email us the address on your Paddle receipt and we'll attach the purchase to your account.
How do I cancel or get an invoice?
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us and we'll sort it out. Your saved rules stay when a paid plan ends; sites beyond the Free limit are paused, not deleted.
How do I uninstall?
Right-click the Sharefrost icon and choose "Remove from Chrome". Chrome erases the extension's local data. If your company installed it, Chrome blocks removal; ask your IT admin.
